At the end of the area locally known as Santa Barbara Crowns lays our beautiful new villa, Kas Tres.

Built in 2023 from mainly natural materials this house is one of a kind! A unique wide ocean view overlooking the Caribean Sea and the island of ‘Klein Bonaire’ with several popular dive spots very close by (f.e. 1000 Steps, Oil Slick leap and Barcadera reef) this villa is an absolute paradise for diving lovers. Located in the lesser-known yet beautiful area of Barkadera, our villa provides a tranquil and private escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

Kas Tres has room for 8-12 guests. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms with a double bed and connecting bathroom with shower. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the ‘guesthouse’ on the premises and have double beds and share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with an airconditioner and mosquito nets. In the daytime the trade winds blows freely through the wooden blinds and keeps the house cool inside. This layout makes Kas Tres a very attractive place to stay for 2 families or a group of friends.

When relaxing on the sunbeds on the clear white terrace take a plunge in the luscious infinity pool overlooking the ocean. On the other side of the terrace sits the outdoor dining area, complete with fridge and cupboards. The inside kitchen is also fully equipped with luxury appliances and a bar where a small group can sit to cheer on the chef.

If you prefer watersports ‘on’ the water take windsurfing classes with former pro’s in the clear blue waters of Sorobon Bay. Perhaps you already know how to jibe? Then simply hire the gear with JibeCity and sail out on your own! Or try something completely new and give wingfoiling or e-foil a go. Drive down to the unique salt pans where you will find the kitesurf beach on one side of the road and can spot Bonaire’s famous Pink Flamingos on the other.
